This meditation is designed for people with busy minds (we believe that's everyone!). There is no need to stop thinking. In fact, having thoughts during meditation is part of the process.
Anyone can learn this technique. It is natural and simple, requiring no specific skill. With proper instruction the whole process is easy and automatic.

Many styles of meditation generally involve concentration (focusing of the mind) or contemplation (thinking about the meaning of something). Both calm the mind to an extent, yet the mind is still active and engaged.
This meditation is an effortless technique. On the course, you receive a personal mantra that you repeat silently. The mantra is a sound that has no meaning; it quiets and settles the mind, and your body begins to rest deeply, rebalancing your nervous system.
It is a simple and easy-to-learn awareness technique, using time tested methods of instruction.

This meditation is taught over 4 days with 90 minute sessions each day. You begin meditating on Day 1. At the end of the course, you will have the tools for a self-sufficient daily practice for life.

The benefits usually begin from your first meditation and are cumulative over time. Most people report feeling calmer, more energized, and more focused during the first week they start meditating. Benefits may be variable from person to person. Often friends and family are the first to notice and comment on the change.

This meditation is taught in-person and virtually. Day 1 is in-person where you receive your personal mantra, with subsequent days available in-person or virtually.

When practicing this meditation, you sit in silence, comfortably with your back supported and eyes closed. There's no need to sit crossed-legged, unless you want to!
